The ability to identify, understand and manage risk is now recognised as an important and vital leadership skill and a key element in corporate governance. MoRU addresses this need and explores the processes and techniques available for the successful assessment and treatment of risk, how to embed a culture of risk management and the codes covering corporate governance, reporting and monitoring.
MoRU provides a broad introduction to risk management. At the end of the course, each delegate is invited to take a short assessment paper, which upon successful completion, the delegate is awarded a certificate from the Institute of Risk Management.
