About Management of Risk and Uncertainty (MoRU)
Certified and accredited by the IRM, Management of Risk and Uncertainty (MoRU) is a 2-day training programme delivered by IRM approved and experienced Envex risk trainers.

The ability to identify, understand and manage risk is now recognised as an important and vital leadership skill and a key element in corporate governance. MoRU addresses this need and explores the processes and techniques available for the successful assessment and treatment of risk, how to embed a culture of risk management and the codes covering corporate governance, reporting and monitoring.
MoRU provides a broad introduction to risk management. At the end, on completion of the course each delegate is invited to take a short assessment paper, which on successful completion, the delegate is awarded a certificate from the Institute of Risk Management.
