Why do you need safety, health or environmental training?
Whether you have five people working for you or 500 you have a statutory duty to ensure that your staff are competent.
If your staff are not properly trained you leave yourself open to prosecution for not complying with current legislation and employees can claim you are negligent in regards to their safety. Health, safety and environmental training not only helps to protect your staff and the environment it makes good business sense. Demonstrating staff have been trained may also be a requirement of winning tenders or becoming accredited with organisations such as ‘Safe Contractor’.

- Cost-effective – For in-house courses we simply charge you for the trainer (and any certificate costs external accrediting bodies may charge). This means you can train lots of staff without incurring large costs.
