Large charity needed risk principles introduced, their risk register re-structured, upgraded and actioned to meet Charities Commission advice.

Central Government
To meet UK regulations, tasked to ensure each fire service developed and put in place an integrated risk management plan, to meet the legal deadline. Additionally supplied training.

National organisation
Based on audit and research, prepared a risk management toolkit and delivered supporting training.

Multinational company
Analysed and evaluated risks at operational and corporate level overseas and the Far East to evaluate the risk from avian influenza (bird flu).

County Council
Using their strategy to meet the Audit Commission objectives, we prepared a tailored package to train the team leaders of the programme team.
