Asbestos awareness
Introduction
Under the Control of Asbestos at Work Regulations 2002 organisations have specific duties to identify, assess and control the risk of asbestos materials. There are an estimated 3000 different types of asbestos products installed in workplaces in the UK and workers must be made aware of the effects of asbestos.
